One of the better apartment buildings in DC. For a reasonable rent (already rare) you get excellent management, great neighbors, a quiet building, shuttle service to the metros, and a Giant grocery stores right next door.Yelp

The staff at the leasing office are quick to respond and easy to talk to! They've helped us out tremendously throughout our stay here. The maintenance folks are also quick to respond to requests, and the folks at the front desk are also really friendly! The Tenleytown Metro is only a 15 minute walk away, and there are a ton of buses that head downtown just right outsVerified Resident (6-6-18)
Living at Vaughan Place is convenient, easy, and pleasant. It's a beautiful neighborhood to live in, and the staff and maintenance are always helpful. Insider tip: you can book a guest suite in the main building if you ever have friends or family visit! It's cheaper than a hotel, and they can be right there with you.Google Reviews
This was a spectacular community. The setting was close to the grocer, restaurants, the Cathedral, schools and the ballet.Independent Evaluator (11-15-18)
